In the production of various watch display , metal is indispensable . so processing technology of metal is important for us !  Common we use are painting ,electroplating ,polishing, etching, die casting and stamping . here I introduce the first 3 technology , for the others , will introduce later .

1:Painting

Usually Painting on metal we know as baking . the metal product will be with different color and finishing by baking , important it is rust –proof .

2:Electroplating

1) metalized nonmetallic materials ,

2) it improve the appearance , let product more beautiful and elegant

3)improve the wear resistance of product

3:Polishing

Polishing is necessary for stainless steel products , what are advantage of polishing ??

Firstly polishing can improve the appearance smooth

Second can resolve the scratches on the surface of products

Third is the most important , it can form a protective film that can prevent chemical reactions of active molecules such as water and air in order to make the molecular structure of stainless steel more secure.
