how to make a hided hinge wooden watch box

Sometimes our client don't want to see hinges or fabric to join lid and bottom of box ,how to do ?? here is a cylindrical hinge can resolve this problem .

Normally wooden box include a square upper lid, a cylindrical hinge and a bottom .the square upper lid  being disposed at an upper portion of the bottom frame, the cylindrical hinge being disposed between the square upper cover and the lower frame .The cylindrical hinge includes two metal cylinders, and the two metal cylinders are swing-connected, and the left side panel of the square upper cover and the upper left panel of the lower frame are symmetrically disposed with mounting holes. Two metal cylinders are respectively disposed in the mounting holes. In the above manner, the present invention indicates a hinged built-in wooden box, the cylindrical hinge is hidden between the square upper cover and the lower frame, which changes the structural obstacle of the ordinary hinge wooden box, and the cylindrical hinge faces both the inner and outer spaces of the wooden box. No effect, double-layer structure, good protection, beautiful appearance, and grade.
