Of course, it is not possible to spray the oil immediately after injection molding, and it is also necessary to perform pre-injection processing.

Pre-treatment and coating of plastic products, drying is the three main processes of coating process, in which the pre-coating process is the basic process, which has the nameplate of the entire coating quality, coating service life, coating appearance, etc. Importantly, the surface of the workpiece after degreasing, descaling, phosphating, etc. is clean, uniform, and free of grease.
