In our production , Metal is the important because most high-end brands like metallic effect on their display props or packaging boxes . so electroplating is more and more important . how to have the good quality electroplating products ?? the below 4 points need to be noted in the electroplating processing :

1. Polishing treatment before electroplating, the smoother the better

2. For electroplating mounting and hanging, the power should be kept on well, and there should be no shielding on the plating surface. Pay attention to the influence of tip effect and shielding effect

3. For electroplating pretreatment, it is necessary to consider the pretreatment process in combination with product materials and various treatment methods.

4. Electroplating process: considering the bottom layer according to the product material, choosing the coating structure and thickness of each layer according to the final effect of the product, and cleaning between different plating grooves to prevent pollution.

5. After electroplating, the product should be cleaned, and no water mark left after baking. clear paint shall be sprayed to protect the eletroplating coating (except for chrome-plated layer).
