For our OEM factory , normally we should make the different LOGO on the different displays and packaging box . here introduce several LOGO crafts used commonly .

1:Silkscreen

1)Through extrusion of scraping plate, the ink is transferred to the product through the meshes on the position of film and then forming the same pattern and text as the original artwork.

2) there are many colors can do (single color or several colors together ), so we can make any color refer to pantone color . but gradient color is impossible .

****this normal silkscreen only can do on the flat surface of product !

2: Pad Printing

When did we use pad printing ?? the surface of the product will be printed is irregular .Using copper or steel plate , hemispherical transfer head in silicon rubber , which is pressed to the plating in order to make the ink transfer to the product. In a word transfer printing can print small and multicolor products, there is no requirement for product shape. So transfer printing can solve normal silkscreen can’t do .

3:Water transfer printing

1). In a special chemical treatment of thin film, after printed on the required patterns, flat on the surface of the water, under the function of water pressure, the colorful pattern will be printed on the product, with coated automatically dissolve in water after cleaning and drying, and then make a transparent protective layer, the product will be a distinct visual effect.

2). Water transfer printing can be used for multi-color and multi-pattern surface printing, such as wood grain and leather grain same as the below pictures .

4:Hot stamping

1). Hot stamping is use of hot pressure transfer principle, the aluminum layer in the electrochemical aluminum transfer to the product surface to form a special metallic effect.

2). Usually the color of hot stamping is gold, silver, red, green, blue and other colors, but hot stamping can only be monochrome, a wide variety of colors, but not what color the market has.

5: Engraved

For the metal display tools , normally we make Engraved LOGO on them . Engraved LOGO(include pattern) is done by chemical treatment and local corrosion . it is the nature color of metal , but we can fill in different color paint in it in order to achieve a better effect .
