PE paint in process production of wooden display 、props 、boxes 、cabinets

For the wooden product , usually we make PE and PU two kinds paints . what are the features of them ?? here I introduce PE paint firstly.

PE paint

This is unsaturated polyester paint ,by main agentia 、promoter、 initiator three

mutual blending polymerization bridging reaction and curing, the solvent is styrene, and will participate in the reaction when forms film. Compared with solvent wooden lacquer, PE lacquer has the advantage of "100% reactivity", which means that the liquid component can be converted into solid polymer without by-product release under the action of initiator. In addition, the comprehensive performance of unsaturated polyester paint is better: a thicker film can be formed at a time, good covering , high fullness; It is equivalent to PU paint in wear-resisting, heat-resisting, corrosion resistance and high gloss. It is superior to other painting in hardness, fullness, transparency and filling power.

Our PE paint use imported high-grade resin and additives. The product is green proof, good stablity and easy handling .the paint film is high transparent, the high fullness, the fluidity and the adhesion is strong, quickly drying and easily polished, used for the upscale products.

Advantages of PE paint

1) hardness can reach more than 3H;

     2) the surface basically doesn’t have any collapse;

     4) painted products after dry will be stable, not easily affected by the environment, and not prone to albinism ;

1) high solid content, close to 100%, can be formed in a thick film, good covering power, high fullness. At present, the solid content of good PU paint in China is only about 50%, which means that more than half of the solvents in PU paint are wasted during in solidify .

2) the diluent contains styrene, which will react with the paint to form the coating film;

3) the usage cost per unit area is much lower than PU products;

1) rapid drying and internal and external reactions simultaneously;

2) save spraying process and labor hours is about only 50% of PU!

The thickness of 1 time PE base is equivalent to 2 times PU base, saving one time polishing and spraying process, labor cost is saved more than 60%;

Can save a large number of drying sites;

Belongs to the solventless paint , harmful gas volatilization is basically zero after the formation of film.
